Our one-year program is a full-time commitment, including classroom and hands-on shop training.

Part-time wages are earned from the start, increasing to full-time wages by the end of the year. Apprentices not only learn to build wood products but also develop their resume while learning the trade.

Professionals from the St. Louis Metropolitan area contribute to instruction, coaching and study, offering apprentices a broad range of perspectives.

Instructors work alongside apprentices to ensure the high quality of excellence our customers expect while providing hands-on learning experiences that cannot be obtained in a classroom.

This Biblical program addresses the whole person. Classes include:

  • Life Skills Coaching
  • Personal Financial Management
  • Critical Thinking
  • Bible Study

Upon completion of the first year, apprentices may choose to continue the 8000 hour apprenticeship, earning a Journeyman certificate from the Department of Labor Office of Apprenticeship.

If interested, please complete and return the Cabinetmaking Apprenticeship Application.

We admit new apprentices into the program as space and funding are available. Applications are accepted year-round for those who meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Drug Free
