Funding for all activities conducted by MTC includes individual and corporate donations, foundations, grants, applicable tax credits, and sales of products produced in the training program. MTC recruits and trains volunteers from the local community, churches, mission organizations and businesses. Individuals desiring to volunteer will participate in a capacity that utilizes their skills, including mentoring, administrative, community outreach, counseling, and other skills as needed to enhance the success of each apprentice. Training for volunteer positions will be provided.
